Returns


We hope you love your new pieces, but if not, here's what to do!


Should you change your mind, we will happily refund providing the following conditions have been met:
1.    The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
2.    Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Accessories must not have been worn.
3.    Change of mind returns do not apply to sale items. 
 Change of mind returns do not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons.

 

Postal Returns

Return your online order by completing the returns form sent with your items and posting it along with a copy of your receipt to our Returns address (below) and indicate the reason for the return. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery costs (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights: e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

Please note: all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Adorne. We recommend you courier your package or send by registered post so you are able to track your parcel. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any prepaid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for re-delivery purpose. Please note, the full cost of the sale plus the return delivery cost will be refunded. We do not refund additional packaging costs associated with the return.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges unless returning an item deemed to have a fault. In this case, contact customer service to organise method of shipping. If an item has a fault, you will receive a refund and / or exchange.

Faulty items can be exchanged for another item if that item is in stock or a refund can be provided. Please indicate your preference.

Returns may take up to 10 working days via post, and if a refund is requested, up to 7 additional working days for bank processing. Once we have processed your return we will notify you via the email address you provided with your original order.

Overseas Customers

Overseas customers can send items by post to our Returns address (below). Please include a copy of your original receipt and indicate the reason for the return.

Exchange

We do not exchange product via our online service however you can return the product for a refund and then re-order.
