Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local customs office.

Orders received before 12pm (EST) each business day, (Mon-Fri), are packed and dispatched the same day.
Please note that our warehouse is not open on weekends or public holidays.

During holiday periods, even though we may package your parcel the same day, delivery will depend on Australia Post's Holiday Schedule. Please check the Australia Post website prior to placing your order for impact on deliveries during these periods.

Confirmation of your order being dispatched with an Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have not received your delivery within 4 working days, please check with your nearest Post Office as a signature is required at time of delivery. Do you offer faster shipping services?

If your order is urgent, you can select the express post option at check out. We will do our best to have your goods delivered as quickly as possible.

How are the goods packaged? 

Adorne takes great care to ensure your order arrives without fault at its destination. Protection measures are taken to ensure the safety of goods. If any goods arrive damaged, please return product to us Adorne Head Office, 324 Montague Rd, West End QLD, Australia 4101.

Can I Ship to a P.O Box?

Only packages less than 20kg can be shipped to a PO Box address. If your order is unable to be shipped to the supplied address for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have placed an order and the address shown on the screen is incorrect, please email customerservice@adorne.com.au to give us the correct details

When will my order arrive?

This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Delivery time averages 3 to 7 business days once your item(s) leave our warehouse. Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday - Friday.

What if I have not yet received my order?

Please contact us at customerservice@adorne.com.au or call +61 7 3846 6366 with your order details and we will investigate the status of your order and report back to you.

Tracking your order.

Australia Post will email you a tracking number one business day after your order is sent from our Warehouse.  Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours!

What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?

We want to ensure your parcel is delivered to you securely and in the best possible condition. If you are not home when your order is delivered, Australia Post will leave a collection card that you can take into the nominated Post Office to collect your parcel. Your parcel will be held by Australia Post for the maximum time stated on the collection card, after this it will be returned to Adorne as unclaimed. Once unclaimed goods have arrived in the Adorne warehouse, you will be contacted and your order will be held for a total of two weeks. If we can't get in touch with you within these two weeks your order will be cancelled and the total cost of the original invoice will be refunded.
