To place an order online you will need to log-in first. If you haven’t registered to use the website please contact our head office.
Once logged-on, browse our product departments and add items to your shopping cart by selecting the ‘add to cart’ button and enter a quantity. To continue shopping press the ‘continue shopping’ button and your shopping cart will be automatically saved.

To view the price list you will need to register your business with us first. You can do this though the website at the ‘register’ section or by contacting us directly. We will verify your business details first and then register you for a temporary user account. This will enable you to view the wholesale pricelists.

GST is payable on all goods delivered after 30th June 2000.

We encourage all customers to establish a 30 day account with us. This speeds up delivery time and ensures that ordering online, at a trade fair, or in-store, is a hassle free experience. If you do not have an account with us please fill out a Credit Application form (click here). Alternatively you can fill out a Credit Card Authority form (click here) which gives us permission to hold your credit card details. You will be charged only when the order is invoiced and ready for shipping. If you prefer we can contact you before payment proceeds.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, floods etc.).
All product colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications.
Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:
- to cancel any order, at which time
- all orders are subject to availability of stock
- to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and account details are bona fide.

- Any date quoted for delivery ("the quoted date") is an estimate only and unless a guarantee shall be given by Adorne Pty Ltd in writing providing for liquidated damages for failure to deliver by the quoted date Adorne Pty Ltd shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage howsoever arising even if arising out of the negligence of Adorne Pty Ltd for failure to deliver on or before the quoted date.
- The customer shall accept and pay for goods "and any GST" if and when tendered notwithstanding any failure by Adorne Pty Ltd to deliver by the quoted date. Written advice to the customer that goods are ready for delivery whether in whole or in part shall constitute tendering and the terms of payment shall apply.
- Adorne Pty Ltd shall not be liable to any customer or any other party for direct or indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage whatsoever by reason or any delay in delivery whether the same is due to the negligence of Adorne Pty Ltd or any other party, strike or any other industrial action be it of Adorne Pty Ltd or other party or any other cause whatsoever.
- Adorne Pty Ltd reserves the right to deliver by installments. If delivery is made by installments the customer shall not be entitled:
(a) to terminate or cancel the contract; or
(b) to any claim, loss or damage howsoever arising failure by Adorne Pty Ltd to deliver any installments on or before the quoted date.
- It is agreed that Adorne Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for the delay in delivery caused by, or in any way incidental to an act of God, war, fire, breakages of machinery, strikes or arising out of any other unexpected exceptional cause, or any cause beyond reasonable control of Adorne Pty Ltd.
- Any quotation containing a provision to supply goods "ex stock" is subject to fulfillment of prior orders at the date of receipt of the customer's order.
- Delivery of the goods shall be ex-Adorne Pty Ltd warehouse and shall be made to the customer's address shown on the order.
- Delivery of the goods will not be made to any customer who has not paid for previous goods supplied if their account has been outstanding for thirty (30) days from the due date.
- Delivery of the goods shall be deemed to have been made when Adorne Pty Ltd fills the customer's order by collating and assembling the goods ready for dispatch and issues the invoice ("the delivery").
