Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions Application for membership of the Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards programme is subject to acceptance by Adorne Pty Ltd in its absolute discretion. Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards membership is only activated upon Adorne's receipt of a completed application form. Membership of Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards is for individuals only.

Membership is personal to you and your card and/or points balance cannot be pooled or shared with others. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate in the Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards programme.

An Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards programme member can only hold one Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards card. Memberships or cards cannot be jointly held between two or more individuals. Ownership of your card remains with Adorne Pty Ltd, and we reserve the right to terminate membership without notice and without reason. Adorne Pty Ltd employees or employees of their partner organisations, are not eligible to participate in the Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards programme. For each $1 you spend you get 1 point. This formula is subject to change at the absolute discretion of Adorne Pty Ltd. You need to produce your card or ID at the time of purchase to get points.

You do not earn points on purchases made with a Rewards Voucher (Charm).

Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards points cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Adorne Pty Ltd may also, from time to time, offer bonus points on terms set by Adorne Pty Ltd in its absolute discretion.

When you reach 100 points you will be given an Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards voucher to spend on your next visit within the following 30 days. Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards vouchers cannot be used for purchases of gift vouchers (Charms). Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards vouchers will not be accepted if disfigured or photocopied and will not be replaced if lost. Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.

Only the registered cardholder can claim Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards and you are required to present your card when claiming. Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards that are available can only be claimed in Australia. Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards must be claimed within 30 days. Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards cannot be exchanged for other products or cash. Accumulated points will expire after 12 months.

Refunds will only be provided for purchases made using an Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards card in accordance with the Adorne Pty Ltd refund policy. In the event of a refund, any Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards points earned for the original purchase will be deducted from the Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards card, and if purchased using a redeemed Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards voucher, the proportion of the purchase using this voucher will not be deducted from the Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards card. By accepting membership, you agree to these terms and conditions and any variation. You also agree to provide Adorne Pty Ltd with any change to your contact details.

Adorne Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Adorne Pty Ltd Rewards programme at any time without prior notice. Adorne Pty Ltd is not obliged to give any consideration for points earned at that time.

All these rules (including the rules as to points required to receive a Rewards voucher and voucher validity and redemption) are subject to change without notice at Adorne Pty Ltd's discretion.

Special privileges and exclusive offers are subject to these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions notified with the special privileges and exclusive offers.

If you lose your card or it is damaged, any participating Adorne Pty Ltd store will replace the card and you will retain your points balance. Adorne Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge for replacement cards if you have sought an unreasonable number of replacement cards.
