Returns


We hope you love your new pieces! If not, here's what to do ...

 

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us at customerservice@adorne.com.au within 14 days so we can resolve this issue for you. 

Should you change your mind on your purchase, we will happily issue a refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • The item with the completed returns form is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • The item must be in its original condition - unworn and unwashed - with all labels and tags attached
  • Change of mind returns do not apply to sale items
  • Due to hygiene reasons, change of mind returns do not apply to earrings or hair accessories

  

Postal Returns

Return your item, together with the completed returns form, to our returns address below.  We will refund the value of the returned item using your original method of payment.

All returns remain your responsibility until received by Adorne. We recommend you courier your package or send via Australia Post using a trackable method. Please ensure your name, email address and phone number are included.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges unless returning an item deemed to have a fault. In this case, please contact customer service to organise the method of shipping. If an item has a fault, you will receive a refund.

Depending on the delivery method used, returns may take up to 10 working days to receive and process. Once we have processed your return/refund, we will notify you via email.

For our international customers, please allow extra time for returns to arrive in our warehouse.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, feel free to return the product for a refund and then place another order for the correct style/size.
