We ship Monday to Friday only. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes in local area.

Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post time frames and and does not include order processing time

Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a promotion taking place.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $6.95. Express post shipping within Australia is $9.95.

For orders over $150, express post is free.

During holiday periods, delivery will depend on Australia Post's Holiday Schedule. Please check the Australia Post website prior to placing your order for impact on deliveries during these periods.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Absolutely, all our orders are sent using Australia Post meaning delivery can be made to a PO Box or Australia Post parcel lockers. If your order is unable to be shipped to the supplied address for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have placed an order and the address shown on the screen is incorrect, please email hello@adorne.com.au ASAP to give us the correct details.

When will my order arrive?

This varies based upon where you live and the shipping method used. Delivery time averages 3 to 7 business days once your items leave our warehouse. Please note that this increases during busy periods such as Black Friday weekend and the Christmas period.

What if I have not received my order?

Please contact us at hello@adorne.com.au or call +61 7 3846 6366 with your order details and we will investigate the status of your order. Tracking your order An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has left our warehouse. To track your order, please visit: http://auspost.com.au/track/ and enter your tracking number.

What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home when your order is delivered, Australia Post will leave a collection card that you can take into the nominated Post Office to collect your parcel. Your parcel will be held by Australia Post for the time stated on the collection card and after this it will be returned to adorne as unclaimed. Once unclaimed goods have arrived in the adorne warehouse, you will be contacted regarding your order. If we can't get in touch with you your order will automatically be cancelled and the total cost of the original invoice, minus shipping, will be refunded.

Click & Collect

We offer free Click and Collect at our Brisbane store. Simply choose 'Pick up' as the delivery option at checkout.

Order by:

Before 12 noon AEST for same day pick up.

After 12noon AEST your order will be available the next business day.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification. Please be sure to check your spam folder, also. 

Your parcel will be available for pick up at our adorne retail store located at 320 Montague Road, West End. Please present your order confirmation email to one of our store team who will be able to assist you further.

Need to pick up on the weekend? Order before Friday 12noon, and your order will be ready for collection at our retail store over the weekend for you.
